Trust
Control is part of the product, not a setting.
Vaylorn has no compliance badges to show and will not borrow the look of them. What it can show is behaviour — enforced in the product, not promised on a page.
What the product actually does
Nothing sends itself
Every customer-facing message waits for a person. There is no autonomous mode to switch on — not as a default, and not as an option.
It cannot invent
Stock, prices and promises come from your records. If it does not know, it says so and asks you rather than filling the gap.
Stop is always one tap
Pause an operator, a conversation, or all of it. The control is never buried, and it never requires us.
Everything is on the record
Who approved what, when, and what was actually sent. An append-only history you can read.
Your data stays yours
Your catalogue, customers and conversations are used to operate your business and nothing else.
We do not quote on our own
A price commitment is a judgement call, and it always stops at you.
The judgement boundary
Nothing crosses this line without a person. Every message, every price, every commitment stops here and waits for you. It is the one part of this system that is deliberately not automated.
What we are not claiming
No compliance grid appears on this page, because Vaylorn holds none of those certifications. Showing a compliance-shaped layout without them would be the exact dishonesty this page exists to refuse.
There are no testimonials, customer logos, revenue figures or customer counts anywhere on this site, because Vaylorn has none it can evidence. Capabilities that are built but have never run with customers say so beside their own name, on every page they appear.
What happens next
Bring us the enquiry you lost last month.
We set Vaylorn up against your real catalogue and run it beside you for a fortnight. You approve every message. If it does not move anything, you will be able to see that too.
Getting started is free. You get a workspace and can watch Vaylorn read a real enquiry before anything is connected — nothing reaches a customer until you decide it should.
